A product profileĀ brings together sales calendar and the activity profile functionalities. It allows the user to define beginning and end date of a sale and also to refine by subcategories of public and by sales channels.
The product profile applies only for the following products:
- Season tickets
- Packages
- Open products
- Services
- Voucher
- Membership
To create a product profile, go to:
- Organisation in use
- Catalogue
- Product Profiles
Then click on "New"
- Enter an Internal name and a Code
- Set a start and end date for undated products (delivery type)
- Set a start and end date for undated products (delivery type)
- Define if the profile applies to the general public or structures
- In "Tariffs", you can define which audience subcategories will be available in this profile. Move to the right selection box the desired audience subcategories or check "All tariffs".
- In "Quantity", we can define the minimum and maximum quantity that a customer can buy.
- In "Product", you can add the products that will use this profile. To do this, click on "New".
In "Sales channels", we define for which sales channel(s) this profile will be active.
Once the fields have been filled in, you have to validate the product profile in the "Validation" menu so that this profile can be activated.
