• From the ticket list, you can now allow operators to capture collection information when reprinting tickets, e.g. when supporting mobile ticket operations. Read more
• In the Institution context, within Screen configuration, you can customize the Back-Office contact creation form by Sales Channels. You can now define which fields are visible in the form and their visibility (hidden, visible, not mandatory). Read more
