Your clients can access your ticketshop at a subdomain of your domain, like https://ticketing.mydomain.com instead of something like https://institcode.shop.secutix.com/
SecuTix will provide the SSL certificate (or optionally you may provide it). All you have to do is create a CNAME entry in your DNS, then when it is done, see SSL Certificates Management to activate it. If you want to provide the certificate yourself, see Providing your own SSL certificate for custom URL Ticketshops.
Modification to do by the client:
Please ask your technical service to make the following changes .
Please modify the following cname in the DNS of your domain :
New desired hostname IN CNAME Institution_Code.shop.secutix.com.
Example : ticketing.museemosa.fr. IN CNAME YOUR_INSTITUTION_CODE.shop.secutix.com.
DO NOT FORGET to put the point after YOUR_INSTITUTION_CODE.shop.secutix.com.
This must absolutely be done at least 1 hour before creating the point of sales in S-360.
