Online sales
- Customization of internet point of sales can be done at larger scales: labels customization can now be imported and exported in bulk
- Promoter self service improvements, to ensure privacy-compliant on-site operation and limit control on product presentation:
- Promoter operators may only access to the contacts having bought a product they are responsible of for operations on the day of the event.
- Promoter operators don't have the right to assign an artist to their products. Artist assignment is always performed by the organisation.
- Promoter operators don't have the right to upload pictures for their products and performances. Product pictures (not to be confused with ticket logos) are always managed by the organisation.
- In the promoter dashboard, producers/promoters are now able to view all their products before the sales start.
Back-office
- The order digital signature is now available for our German customers (Kassensicherungsverordnung)
- Price breakdown is now available for open passes
- Documents can display price component information in the product section and VAT detail section
- Accurate order summaries can be created when processing mass-refund of matches in championship season tickets
