Prerequisites

How-to

1. Please add this google service account ggwallet@tixngo.iam.gserviceaccount.com to your Google Pay & Wallet Console, this is require step to allow the system work automatically.
2. From your Google Pay & Wallet Console:
   1. Please create a event ticket class
      
   2. To enable the NFC feature for this event ticket class there is 2 required fields: Redemption Issuer (this value you can get directly from URL, RIGHT after the .../issuer/, OR on screen from Google Wallet API tab), you also need to check on "Enable Smart Tap?"
      
   3. To allow sync back the status of the Google Pass Objects, and have a record of log in TIXNGO system, please set up the Callback URL and update request URL as follow:
      the callback URL format must be: https://{environment-code}-tpw-api.tixngo.io/prod/callback/google (replace {environment-code} by the environment you are testing on, for example: alpha, val5, pp5, p5, pp25, p25,...)
      

Configure NFC Tickets in TIXNGO Backoffice

Turn the option Allow external wallets (Apple Wallet, Google Wallet) on

For Apple Wallet setup, you need to provide:

• Team Identifier, your Apple developer team identifier) (you will be informed about this value if you are using Secutix app store)
• Pass Type Identifier, which you have prepared in the previous step (you will be informed about this value if you are using Secutix app store)
• Pass Description, this description will be shown in the pass details, and can be integrated with Apple's VoiceOver to enhance accessibility for users who are blind or have low vision)

For Google Wallet setup, you need to provide:

• Issuer ID, this is the same value as Redemption Issuer that you set in the event ticket class on your Google Pay & Wallet Console
• Pass Class ID, the Class ID of event ticket class that you was created from your Google Pay & Wallet Console
