Reactivate contacts with a failed payment (alias expiry)  

Payment via alias is a very useful feature in SecuTix. Your contacts have the option to register credit cards in their personal area. These aliases can then be used to make simple automatic batch payments allowing them to obtain tickets very easily. See automatic sales introduced in Piz Bernina V1.

 

This being the case, it's important to be able to reactivate contacts whose payments have failed, for example, because their credit card has expired. Reactivation allows you to ask your contacts to update their billing information in their personal area.

 

There is now a new predefined query in SAM so that you can effortlessly retrieve contacts who fall into this category:
