Pre-requisite: have lottery sales channels configured

Aim: manage the status and modify content of the lottery sales channels

Description: use this screen to change the lottery portal status, update the lottery catalogue or export list of applications for cleansing


Change portal status

A lottery portal can have various status:

Registration:

  • Only welcome page with link to create a SSO account.

Application:

  • Welcome page with login/registration link for SSO login/registration.
  • Application page to create, edit, delete its application.

Application without email validation:

  • Welcome page with login/registration link for SSO login/registration. If customer already has an account in SecuTix, he will not be asked for verification code to validate his email address and login.
  • Application page to create, edit, delete its application.

Read-only:

  • Welcome page with login/registration link for SSO login/registration.
  • Application page to view but not edit the application details.

Post-allocation:

  • Welcome page with login/registration link for SSO login/registration.
  • Application page to view the application and won/lost tickets. Payment instructions given when applicable


Synchronise

  • Catalogue and customisation: both the catalogue (activity profile) and the customisation (applied by SecuTix service team) are synchronised with the lottery portal
  • Customisation only: only the customisation (applied by SecuTix service team) is synchronised with the lottery portal


Start export cleansing: export applications for cleansing. This triggers the batch schedule 1a_Export_cleansing like in the Lottery sales interface below (menu "List of interfaces").
