To provide a kind of voucher that the contact could keep the remaining amount for next uses, instead of using once and the throwing the remaining amount to Credit note or debtor profit)
Configuration
A new parameter at voucher that define if the voucher is allowed to keep the remaining amount of the voucher to use it later.
With this new parameter, when contact pays for their order which the amount less than the voucher amount, the remaining amount of the voucher is kept and could be used for next orders (instead of sending to Credit note or debtor profit).
Contact buys the new voucher as usual.
Limitations
As of Allalin V1, please be aware of the following limitations:
- On the Ticketshop, it is currently not possible for a client to know the remaining amount of their vouchers. This will be possible in Allalin V2.
- On the BoxOffice, the only place to see the remaining amount of a voucher is in the "voucher management" reporting domain. Other ways of getting it will be implemented in the future.
Use of the voucher on Ticket Shop
Contact could add as many voucher as needed (until it reach the order amount), the remaining amount will be kept with the message as below screenshot (voucher identifier FDF4-C886-95C0-3966) :
Use of the voucher on Box Office
The reusable voucher could be used as usual from box office as single payment or multiple payment. If there are still some remaining amount, this amount is kept in the voucher for next use.
For multiple payment: The voucher must be used before adding other payment methods
The voucher "06DB-6A26-208D-68E3" is used in from multiple payment with some remaining amount
