Aim: setuping the first main paramaters of your environment that will impact your Organisations
Description:
In General, you will be able to set internal and external names of your institution, as well as your administrative logo and external logo. Those informations can be used in document or ticket template.
In Adress you will set the standard "default" information for your institution. Those informations could be used in documents for example.
In Languages you can activate or deactivate languages.
Internal languages are for SecuTix back office, so you can choose on the login page in which language you want to work .
External languages are for ticketshop. Please note that SecuTix fully support the following languages : English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Catalan (other languages: contact support).
This means that all those languages can be selected for back and / or front office, and those languages are those that are maintained (meaning that a new field created in SecuTix will be available in those languages)
Some other languages could be available, as they could be partially supported. In that case, it means that a partial translation exist for some fields, the others are in English. As those languages are not supported, new fields will not be available in those languages.Should you want to add some new languages for your ticketshop, you can request a service to our team, where they would extract the whole ticketshop database for you to translate in the desired language, and reimporte it so it could be use. This language will not become supported and new fields will not be translated by our team.
In Currencies you can select currencies that could be used by your Organisations. The main currency is setup at admin level and can not be changed. This field make sure that the correct symbol and rules will apply in the related currency.
You will still need to liaise with your bank to be able to actually receive money in any of those currencies.
