Cancellation insurance with reservation

This feature allows you to add the cancellation insurance to a reservation order or to an order paid by prepayment. A reservation order containing a cancellation insurance can only be resumed entirely (even on the Box Office). Once the reservation order has been resumed, it's possible to remove or add some items to the cart like for any other resumed reservation order. The premium of the cancellation insurance is recomputed automatically. During the sale, the operator may remove a cancellation insurance that was inserted to the cart during the reservation process. He may also add a cancellation insurance that has been omitted during the reservation.
