  • The distributor creates the base data. In this context, the base data represents all the data configured in the institution context as well as the data configured in the initialisation menu of the organisation context.

  • The distributor decides which SecuTix menus the promoter/producer should be granted access to and creates the appropriate profile. He can of course define several profiles if needed. These profiles haven't changed in Gabelhorn V1. They define the operations that may be performed by the operators, but not the data they may access. The promoter/producer profile must not grant access to the operator menu because this would allow them to grant additional access rights to themselves, thus destroying the whole access right scheme.
  • The distributor creates operators and link them to the appropriate promoter/producer (contact) created before and assigns them the appropriate profile.
