  1. Read privileges means ability to view a given page or a given information on the Backoffice
  2. Create privileges means ability to create a new information on the Backoffice.
    Example: create a new single ticket, create a new notification campaign...
  3. Update privileges means ability to update an existing information on the Backoffice.
    Example: update ticket details, update event details...
  4. Delete privileges means ability to delete an existing information on the Backoffice.
    Example: delete a ticket
  5. Search privileges means ability to execute a search on the Backoffice
    Example: search for a ticket ID, a spectator...
  6. Export privileges means ability to export data from Backoffice
    Example: export data from Ticket list page
  7. Execute privileges: ability to execute an action
    Example: resend communications...

Pre defined roles

  1. ADMIN (AU): has all the privileges listed below.
  2. SUPPORT (SU): has some limited privileges listed below (mostly read privileges) + Delete Sessions (logout of the spectator).
  3. BASIC (BU): has all SU privileges + Delete ticket.
  4. MODERATOR (Mod): has all BU privileges + Notification Campaigns
  5. TIXNGO_SUPPORT (TS): has all AU privileges listed below except organizer profile/ API key and create new account
