This could include marketing preferences or, as seen foreseen during the COVID-19 pandemic, information required by authorities for health and safety compliance.
However, the organization we observed that despite the feature's potential, it did not achieve the expected level of engagement or popularity among its intended audienceour organizers. Additionally, the feature was found to be contributing to a decrease in the overall performance of the system.
This realization led to the decision to decommission the feature, indicating a strategic shift to prioritize system performance and user engagement over the extended data collection capabilities offered by the questionnaire.
