Aim: Collect more information about your customers with questions posed to the contact at the end of their purchase. Set up a survey form, and the responses can be extracted into a report. Some answers can be displayed on the ticket
Description: Create first Questions in the Initialization screen and like link them in Catalogue → Questionnaire
