Aim: Collect more information about your customers with questions posed to the contact at the end of their purchase. Set up a survey form, and the responses can be extracted into a report. Some answers can be displayed on the ticket

Description: Create first Questions in the Initialization screen and link them in Catalogue → Questionnaire

Publish the

Suspend the

questionnaire

1) NEW Name and give a code to your questionnaire

2) QUESTIONS Permitt to add questions created in Initialization screen → Questions

3) PRODUCT ASSIGNMENT

Choose how to assign questionnaire : product families, sales channel
