This function is available at institution and at organization level. We will address first the profile import feature and in a second step the operator importation one. In the organization and in the institution profile menu you will see exactly the same optionsprofiles screens, the following options are now available:
Check box to select the profile that you want to export
Export button with Export all and Export selected options
Import button
Profiles
Select the profile profiles that you want to export and and click on Export selected or export Export all if you want to export all the lines. A JSON export file is generated and downloaded.
Please note that the number of profile to export is limited to 1000 profiles. A Json file is generated by the export.
You can now import this file in the production environment or in the other institution you need to. Click on import and select the concerned your file.
This file must not exceed 2MB.
The file is imported and the behavior will be this one. 
If a profile does not exist, it will be created by the import process.
If a profile with the same code already

exists, the privileges of that profile will be updated.

Errors may occur if you are working in environment between the source file to the destination one exporting/importing profiles between environments with different active security packagepackages. If it’s it is the case, please contact our support service.
Operators
For operators, the process is almost the same:
The feature is available at the institution and at the organization level.
You can import selected operator or in bulkoperators or all of them.
The limit in term of size of the file and number of operators are the same than for profiles (2MB and up to 1000 operators).
For security reason all those the following information are is excluded for from the operator import and export functionfunctions:

MFA accounts
Access Control Rights
Virtual Operator

When exporting the operators you will have to

The behavior while importing the file is a bit different:

If an operator exists in the system, the imported data will be merge with the existing data

After importing, the operator can manually update or modify the imported operator data if needed.

. This means that imported operators may get additional access rights, if their profiles exist in the target environment. In such cases, they will retain their previous rights and gain any new rights from the import.
