In this training we are going to explore the SAM module. You'll be able to find it in the Organization Context , in the Audience Management module.

Thanks to the information that you'll input in our software, SAM will be able to segment the contacts, and target them with marketing campaigns that you'll be able to create from scratch: e-mail templates, audience segmentation, importation of external contacts per e-mail and management and analysis of your campaigns including the creation of traceable URLs.

SAM is composed of five parts:

  • Campaigns
  • Targets
  • Message templates
  • URL builder
  • Imports

Even though Secutix is usually structured so you can go through the modules and their menus from top to bottom, and from left to right (as for the Contexts and tabs), as you can see above SAM is an exception: in order to be able to create a campaign, you'll need first an email template (if your campaign is email based) and a target to link to the campaign you want to launch. Therefore:
