The organizer can see a set of full information related to a log including spectator email, actions, message, log level (i = info, e = error, w = warn), spectator email, user action, message, app nameINFO, ERROR, WARNING), platform, OS version, app version, device model, device id, platform, and timestamp (Mobile time based)system date, mobile date
Clicking on the spectator's email will redirect to the Support→Spectator screen.
On BackOffice, go to the Mobile logs page:
