NEW V3.12 Let your customers resell their already injected mobile tickets (TIX-N-GO)You are using TIX-N-GO mobile tickets and want to allow tickets to be resold? You can now safely allow injected tickets to be resold with no risk of having ill-intentioned people trying to "resale" their tickets on both systems.

Solution

Upon putting a mobile ticket on resale, the ticket will be retained momentarily until Secutix received the confirmation from TIX-N-GO that it was successfully removed from the phone of the mobile owner.

Getting started

Point of sales configuration

In the Internet parameters of the point of sales, two new options have been added:

  • Allow resale of injected mobile tickets: When activated, this option will allow the cultural contact to put on resale the tickets that he/she still owns on his/her phone, even after they have already been injected to TIX-N-GO. However, if the ticket has been transferred (and the 2nd option below is not active), it is no longer available to be put on resale.

Note that since the communication between TIX-N-GO and Secutix is asynchronous, a cultural contact will be able to put a ticket on resale just after it was transferred. However, upon receiving the confirmation that the ticket was successfully remove from the mobile phone and before making it available on the resale platform, the system will again check that the ticket was still on the phone of that cultural contact. If not, the resale of that ticket will be cancelled. Finally, the ticket will be sent back to the latest owner of the ticket in TIX-N-GO, i.e., the person who last had the ticket on its phone before it was deleted from the app.
