Pre-requisite: Questionnaire - Questions
Aim: Collect more information about your customers with questions posed to the contact at the end of their purchase. Set up a survey form, and the responses can be extracted into a report. Some answers can be displayed on the ticket
Description: Create first Questions in the Initialization screen and link them in Catalogue → Questionnaire
Screen overview:
Create a questionnaire | Delete questionnaire (select or all) | Duplicate a questionnaire | Copy the questionnaire from other season | Publish the questionnaire | Suspend the questionnaire |
1) NEW Name and give a code to your questionnaire
2) QUESTIONS Permitt to add questions needed and created in Initialization screen → Questions
3) PRODUCT ASSIGNMENT
