Your clients can access your ticketshop at a subdomain of your domain, like https://ticketing.mydomain.com instead of something like https://institcode.shop.secutix.com/
SecuTix will provide the SSL certificate. All you have to do is create a CNAME entry in your DNS, then when it is done, open a service ticket on our customer portal. If you want to provide the certificate yourself, see Providing your own SSL certificate for custom URL Ticketshops.
Creation of the point of sales
See - STX-130430Getting issue details... STATUS for details (until Patrick Bertholet (Unlicensed) gives us an official new feature page ). It's now possible to create a point of sales without needing to ask Cloud to create a DNS entry (for .shop.secutix.com) or an SSL certificate.
Modification to do by the client:
Please ask your technical service to make the following changes .
Please modify the following cname in the DNS of your domain :
New desired hostname IN CNAME Institution_Code.shop.secutix.com.
Example : ticketing.museemosa.fr. IN CNAME YOUR_INSTITUTION_CODE.shop.secutix.com.
DO NOT FORGET to put the point after YOUR_INSTITUTION_CODE.shop.secutix.com

This must absolutely be done 1 HOUR BEFORE creating the point of sales in S-360.
Completion time:
Once the URL is declared in the point of sales of sale channel and saved, the service is available within one hour.
