How to check the validity of a barcode ?

Detailed guide

  1. Open the Access Control module in the Organization context.
  2. Go  to the menu Controls > Helpdesk



  3. Enter the ticket barcode in the box manually or by scanning it with an attached device and click on Check.


    Remark : On this screen, a barcode can also be removed from or added to the blacklist.
