Currently in "Box office sales cart", an operator is able to change the validity date of a membership upon a customer request.
The change can be done on multiple memberships at a time but the same start validity date is applied for all. This is sometimes inconvenient for the operator as each contact may require a specific start validity date.
In this release, an update was made to simplify the process and allow multiple changes.
One click modifying multiple membership dates
*Conditions to modify Start validity dates:
- Membership product is setup as a specific duration from purchasing date, and is allowed to modify start validity date.
- Operator has the right to change start validity date on Box Office.
- A sales cart contains at least 1 membership that is allowed to modify start validity date.
