Fans who reserved new Season ticket seats have a due date to pay their renewals. If they miss the deadline, they have to pay a higher rate.
In order for the club to handle this price changing process for mass tickets, a new batch is introduced.
Solution
A new batch is created with the following possibilities:
- Updates price of the old tariff, or changes to a new tariff
- Apply for Single entry (Event, Competition) and Season tickets (all types)
- Define a new payment deadline
How to get started
You need to make sure the batch is available on the Institution.
Create a batch from Organization > Tools > List of batches
