SecuTix provides a new feature allowing you to gather opt-ins on behalf of event organisers you are working with. After collection of opt-ins, you send the list of contacts having given their consent to the concerned event organiser. This event organiser will be in charge of sending the newsletters and providing an opt-out feature.
The new lottery application widget is the first step towards providing a brand new, versatile and much simpler lottery process. No need to synchronize contacts to a separate module and re-integrate reservations/sales after the draw. The new process relies on existing tools of the core S-360 system and will allow you to run your lottery in different ways.
After having selected an event and a date, it might happen that the internet user doesn't find any seat matching his wishes. As a result, he may want to look for another performance date. Until now, the internet user had to go back to the event page and select another date. These numerous clicks aren't needed anymore. He can simply select another date from the seat selection page.
SecuTix can provide a new document mentioning the donations performed by your customers. Depending on your country of operation, this document may be used by your customers to get some tax reduction.
In order to ensure short response times, the file search was restricted to a period of one day (date of creation or date of last modification of a file). The constraints on search criteria have been reviewed in order to provide you more flexibility, and it will be possible to search on several days in some conditions.
The feature is currently available for a subset of email templates (10). We plan to expand the capability of using a new email designer editor across all transactional email templates. Please see the details below.
The email designer editor is a powerful and easy-to-use content creation module that lets customers create beautiful transactional email templates with a simple drag-and-drop interface. Operators can choose from various templates, layouts, and content blocks to build their templates that suit their business needs. They can also customize and design your content with fonts, colors, images, filters, frames, stickers, smart merge tags, and more.
Digital signature of orders is mandatory in several European countries like France, Germany and Austria. In France, all signatures are stored in a single transaction log (for a given VAT number). In Germany and Austria, a separate transaction log has to be created for each point of sales accepting cash payments. Sometimes, you may want to create orders for testing purpose on a "personal" box-office or back-office point of sales (that means, not on the official counters used for productive sales) and cancel the orders once the tests are finished. This isn't an issue from a compliance standpoint (as cancellation orders are also digitally signed) but it creates unnecessary transaction logs that increase management work and costs. The purpose of this improvement is to avoid such unnecessary transaction logs.
