WV3.6 TixnGo's ticket business statuses are also now available and traceable inside SecuTix and reporting domains.


With this new behaviour, TixnGo tickets details will be synchronized from a business perspective, focused on the lifecycle of the ticket.

Ticket list, ticket details and on-site support screens have been slighlty adapted to support these new business statuses in order to ease the troubleshooting of customers’ ticket issues during your operations.


In TIXNGO console, the ticket history is displayed like this :

Getting started

Contact your professional services team to enable the lifecycle mode (TIXNGO_TICKET_LIFECYCLE=lifecycle) on TIXNGO tixngo interface.
