This screen serves to create shipment modes that can be subsequently used at the sales channels level.
One shipment mode can be associated to multiple sales channels in multiple organisations.
Shipment modes are associated to ticket delivery but also to document delivery, such as invoices.
Each shipment has a type. Here is the list of types with purpose:

PICK UP AT CONTROL | for on site collection purposes |
HAND TO CONTACT POSTPONED | ticket / document can be created but would not be immediately delivered to the customer |
BY_EMAIL | delivery by email - applicable only to documents. Email is not a delivery mode available for tickets because tickets are never sent by email (different than order confirmation) |
MOBILE | delivery for mobile reponsive tickets only |
LOAD_BADGE | load on badge |
LOAD_RFID_CARD | load on RFID card |
EXTERNAL | delivery not directly managed in SecuTix |
BLOCKCHAIN | delivery on dedicated mobile APP (TIXnGO only) |
ELECTRONIC | eticket enables both print@home and mobile PDF templates |
When you create/modify a shipment mode, you have possibility to customise its behavior.
NB: For ByHand types, "International" field must be set to "any" if you want to sell tickets for unnumbered seatmaps from screen Sales > Quick Sales > Without map
