Organisation | Operators | Operators

Aim: Use this screen to create Operators that shall have access at Organisation level. If you need to create Operators to access Institution level please see this page: https://confluence.secutix.com/display/SSH/Institution+%7C+Operators+%7C+Operators

Description: When you create a new operator, you shall first use the search filters to make sure the operator does not already exists. If the operator already exists, select it and click on OK.

If the operator does not exist, click on NEW.

General

When you create an operator, five fields are mandatory: first name, last name, login, password (including confirmation). Other fields are for information only or internal needs.

When 2FA (two factor authentication) is active other steps become mandatory.

See this page for more information: Two factor authentication for operators

Save to proceed to Roles.

Roles

In this screen you assign privileges to the operator that must have been previously defined in Operator Profiles (Institution) or Operator Profiles (Organisation).
You can set up Start Dates and End Dates for each role (for temporary staff for example).

When clicking on an assigned role, in Privilege exceptions, you can grant/remove specific rights to the operator and thus make exceptions to the profile assigned.

If your role is a sales one, you'll also see a Perimeter exceptions menu, where you can furthermore review/limit the access to other features/options, such as contingents, audience types, etc.

Responsibility

In this screen you can set some hierarchy among your operators. If an operator is responsible for others, it means he/she will be ultimately accountable for their accounting cash desk closure (if any): see more information here Operator Cash desk closure

Access control rights

Here you can grant access to the access control menu at Organization level.
Move on the right the roles you want to assign to the operators ( = what screens/tasks will be accessible in the AC module) and input email and password to confirm: please remember that, as for many other access control screens, the save button is located on the bottom.
