Published — v. 2

Organisation | Operators | Profiles

Aim: Manage profiles and their rights at organization level

Description: Each operator logging in S360 is given rights (roles) to perform specific actions

Step #1 → Create a profile that would give access rights to the operators: at organization level you can define profiles for Organization and Sales context.

To provide privileges for the Institution context see this page: https://confluence.secutix.com/display/SSH/Institution+%7C+Operators+%7C+Profiles

Choose the context for which you need to create a profile that can be reused for multiple operators across the organizations.

Step #2 → Give a name to the profile

Step #3 → Give Privileges to profiles

You will be able to find the majority of the screens and features available for each specific context.
Use the C.R.U.D.E. check boxes to assign Creation, Reading, Updating, Delete and Execution privileges.

Step #4 → Only for Sales context
You can Define exceptions in the Perimeter of Values to fine tune your profile (example: it is possible to deny access to specific contingents or to matches taking place in a given venue)

Finish: When the profile is created, you can assign it to any operator.
