Why are we removing FairTrade ?

When we first introduced FairTrade, our peer-to-peer (P2P) ticket resale service, we envisioned a promising addition to our platform that would increase revenue by monetizing transfers. The idea was to innovate and provide you with more flexibility and options in ticket reselling.

However, despite its potential, it became clear that the feature did not resonate as we had hoped and it did not find its public while lowering globally system performances. This realization has been pivotal in guiding our decision to decommission the feature.

What happens next ?
