How to use the Support mode?
The Support mode enables a back office operator to login on ticketshops on behalf of any customer. It is particularly useful to help end customers who have difficulties to use the online sales channels. WARNING: when you use the support mode, you are connected as if you were the customer. It means any action done (ticket download, etc.) will be done as if the customer did it. The only limitation is on payment (you cannot purchase online on behalf of a customer).
Step by step:
- Create a Support contact for yourself in the Support menu (put your own email address). This is the contact you will use to view any customer account. You immediately receive support credentials by email.
2. Search for a contact. Select the contact and click on SUPPORT. Select the sales channel on which you want to login.
3. enter the credentials received by email in Step 1
You are connected on behalf of the customer.
