Institution | Initialisation | Contingents

Contingents created in this section can be used to organise your sales, both for seated sales configuration and for non-seated configurations (non-numbered areas, visit passes...).

When you create a contingent, you set up the following parameters:

Colour => Colour will appear in seat maps (can still be changed for each logical configuration)

Advantage Only => if YES, the contingent would only be usable/seen through an advantage.

Entrance/Exit quantity => parameter linked to SecuTix access control. Leave it on 1 for external access control.

The contingent can be either External (contingent belonging to an external entity such as an external ticket reseller) or Internal (managed by the institution in SecuTix and linked to internal sales channels).

Sales Channels => (sub)contingents must be associated to sales channels. If a (sub)contingent is associated to a sales channel, operators in of the sales channel can sell tickets only for the associated (sub)contingents.

Seating Mode => for seating of hospitality products only

Sub-contingents => the contingents of type TARGET GROUP have subcontingents to break down a contingent within multiple subcontingents of a similar type.
