From the multilingual settings for TIXNGO Native Emails & Notifications, by editing each key (title, body) for each supported language.
From the campaigns creation screens for Organizer-led Push Campaigns, by adding in the same screen all its translations and preventing an easy reuse of the Campaigns content.

With TIXNGO V4 and its new Communication Engine, we’re introducing a more powerful and flexible communication configuration that support seamlessly emails, push notifications, and campaigns.

Unified Communication Engine
A brand new technical module to handle email, push, and campaign communications efficiently.
Template Standardization
Communication templates are now standardized and normalized, including consistent use of variable key sets to ensure clarity and maintainability.
New Communication Settings Screen
A dedicated screen is now available in the TIXNGO Back Office, providing an intuitive interface to manage communication settings and template configurations.
Audience-based e-mail via the new Communication Templates
The new communication template model for E-mails supports advanced audience targeting and classification, enabling personalized messaging at scale.

A brand new screen, named “Ticket Configuration” will be available to ADMIN, TIXNGO_SUPPORT and MODERATOR back-office users, allowing them to centrally manage, create & update Communication Templates.

Instead of customizing a campaign’s content directly from the Campaign Creation screen, content will now be managed from the Communication Templates screen to encourage reuse and standardization.
