Tickets List improvements
We’ve made substantial improvements to the Tickets List screen to enhance your experience and streamline daily operations.
Optimized Performance: The underlying query has been optimized to resolve the common errors previously encountered, ensuring smoother interactions and reliable results.
Enhanced Readability: The results grid has been restructured to display the most critical ticket information at a glance, without horizontal scrolling, including tax number, barcode, current owner, and status. These changes also support a more intuitive, tablet-friendly back-office experience.
Additionally, we've refined the columns to group related details together for greater clarity:
Ticket Number: If the ticket was injected using the S-360 tax number, this value will be shown. Otherwise, the S-360 ticket ID will be displayed.
Current Owner: Name and email are now combined to provide a cleaner view of the current owner’s information.
Event Details: Event name and start time are merged for easier reference.
Initial Owner: Similarly, initial owner name and email are consolidated for better readability.

Spectators List improvements
We've made significant enhancements to the search functionality on the Spectators list screen:
- Underlying SQL query has been optimized for better performances.
- Updated Search Mechanism: Back-office will now display results exclusively upon clicking the 'Search' button.
- Refined Search Parameters:
- Introduction of a 'Spectator Email' search field replacing the old "Email" text search box.
- Adoption of an 'EXACT Match' method for 'Spectator Email', 'First name', 'Last Name', 'Phone number' and 'File number', thereby improving the accuracy and relevance of search outcomes.
We also adapted the results column order : Email, First name, Last Name, Phone, App Language, Devices, Last Synced Time, First Login Date, Pin Code, Opt-ins (Promo Email, TP Promo Email and Tracking).
Event search control improvements
"Event Search" control was reshaped in order to bring more clarity and ease event selection across all TIXNGO Back-Office screen.
By default, events will be:
- ordered by Start Time descending (future event first).
- displayed with more context following this pattern
<EventName> (<EventStartTime>)
<EventID>
If you have already searched and selected events, they will be displayed in priority at the beginning of the list.

Various back-office improvements
New navigation in the back-office
In our ongoing efforts to tidy up the back-office, we reorganized the back-office navigation, by regrouping links together below common topics :
Multi-selection fields - One click to deselect them all
Back-office users previously faced challenges when trying to clear multiple selections in drop-down lists, with no easy way to unselect all options at once.
This release introduces a more intuitive solution: a "Deselect All" button that allows users to clear all selections with a single click.
Characters counter for Notifications Campaigns
Character counters have been introduced in the notifications campaign form to simplify data entry and ensure content stays within limits.
