Gabelhorn V2 opens a lot of new possiblities with the addition of a new batch allowing you to run your membership renewal campaigns. Combined with the "save credit card" feature, the process will be able to process sales and renewals automatically for you. It's a better service for your members and less work for you. 

How to use this new batch ?

1/ Create a new batch of type "Transfer of season ticket holders"

2/ In the schedule section, create a new schedule and select the function "Membership renewal"

3/ When creating your schedule you can define which parameters and filters the renewal process will use

You can choose if you want the batch to automatically process the payments for you or if you want to create a reservation to be paid online by the member. In order for the batch to process the payment automatically, the member must have a saved credit card.
