Multilingual ticket detail labels
Set up multilingual ticket detail labels in TIXNGO Back Office
Prerequisites: Enable (if not enabled yet) the Organizer Settings "Enable displayed ticket details from event level" (key: enable.details.from.event) if please contact support team if this setting key is not available.
How-to:
- Select the Event you want to edit from the Events list
- Click "Edit Event" button
- Open the "Ticket keys" tab
- Choose the language you want to update the ticket details label. The screen will be reloaded according to the selected language.

Update the translation in TIXNGO Back Office
The details for the event consist of the following fields to be able to update in multilingual:
the name and image URL of the event group, the name and website URL of the event, the address information includes the site, city, and three address lines.
Limitation
At present, TIXNGO supports only the languages listed below, and not all languages.
