Experience vouchers

S-360 already provides the possibility to buy financial vouchers and give them to some friend or family member. S-360 now manages experience vouchers that can be directly redeemed with a ticketing product (for the moment: only events and open passes) without any payment process, thus providing a user experience better suited to a gifting process.

Relay collaboration for distribution tools

Is the relay managing tickets for a structure unavailable (holidays, sick leave, etc.)? One of his/her colleague can now step in and act on his/her behalf. In the main distribution screen, relays can now act on the tickets of their fellow relays of the same structure

Email validation at registration

Email validation at registration is a common feature of e-Commerce web and mobile sites.

Any newly registered user has to confirm the email he entered is valid, usually by clicking on a confirmation link in a mail received on the provided email address.

SSO: automatic linking of accounts

External SSO solutions do not require any manual linking by the user anymore. IDP are trusted to provide an email validation process and any existing user account will now be automatically linked to upon successful authentication.

Improved data privacy for Friends & Family feature

Aa a general principle, data privacy legislations impose that a person only sees the personal data he needs to carry out his tasks. Applied to the Friends & Family feature, this means that the group lead should only see the information needed to carry out his tasks, like paying the group member's reservation. Several small adaptations have been brought to the content of Ticket Shop pages to stick more tightly to this data privacy principle.

Highlight seats booked inside season tickets - BO

When selling ticket via the Box Office it may be interesting to see which seats are already sold as part of a Season Ticket.

For this reason, you can now see this information either by seat map hovering or via view modes.

API method to link/unlink contacts to structures

With the new updateContactStructureLink API, you are able to link/unlink a contact to a structure. The contact type (PUBLIC or RELAY) will be updated automatically accordingly. Please have a look at our platform documentation for more information.

Sales representatives

This development allows you to create and manage sales representatives in the back office.

First, to create a sales representative in the system, simply create a new relay contact. When creating orders associated to this sales representative, simply add this contact as the owner of the file.

If you want to create sales representative groups, you can use the new Sales responsibility sub menu in the contact edition screen.

US tax management

In this evolution, we bring several improvements and features to the external price components and price breakdowns.

Link to existing price component

When creating a new external price component, you are now able to define it as a percentage of the catalog price or an existing external price component.

Compute tariff prices as a discount from another tariff

Some customers are defining child rates or season ticket holder rates as a percentage of a full rate. For example, the amount of the child tariff could match the full tariff with a discount of 40% (or 10€).

Currently only "no discount" or "fixed discounts" can be defined for a tariff

This feature adds a new discount possibility: tariff as a percentage of another tariff

You can now use the SEPA 2019 version for all the SEPA related payment methods. We keep maintaining the older SEPA versions.

New Stand-Alone Device Hub Manager

We are rolling out a new stand-alone device hub manager that will replace the Firefox Kit. The main advantage is that the device manager is not packaged along with a specific version of Firefox ESR and you can now choose to use and keep up with the latest version of Firefox, even none ESR versions.

Operator import/export

Your list of operators can now be easily exported and imported between environments or organizations. The import file (JSON) can also be edited to create bulk import for new operators.

Security - Removed Support user capability for SSO accounts

There is currently a Support user mode in which an operator can act in the context of any individual user as described on this page : How to use the Support mode?

It has been discovered that using a SSO account, i.e. an account managed by an external Identity Provider (IDP), as a Support account creates a significant security risk.

Addition of columns in report domains

For the datamarts, the product creation date and time has been added to the D_CONFIG_PROD_LIST_V1_0 table, and the date of last update of the entry for the table D_SALES_LIST_SALES_V1_0.

Keys - API Monitoring: find errors in call details screen

On your API monitoring screen, you can now filter down by response type in the details of an item (combination Key/Method) to only display the calls in error. This will help you with your analysis and issue resolution.
