Downloads screen

With the increasing usage of the platform, we noticed that exporting large CSV files was suboptimal. In response, TIXNGO has developed a new feature to address these challenges. The goals are: improved performance, enhanced user experience, reduce support complaints and minimized support load.

Configure a unique visual that will be revealed on the day of the event after ticket activation

This new feature allows the organizers to create a special visual design that will be revealed on the day of the event. This unique visual will only appear on the ticket screen within our app, making it a dynamic and engaging way to distinguish fake apps or ticket screenshots

Revamped ticket resale

Organisers currently manage ticket resale through organizer settings and transfer rules, which display the "Resell your ticket" button, even when no active resale platform is available on the S-360 side. To streamline on-site operations and align with the new "Ticket Exchange" feature, we are pleased to simplify the management of Resale configurations. This enhancement not only improves the user experience for organizers but also for spectators, ensuring a consistent and efficient process.

Ticket exchange

Organisers currently handle ticket exchanges outside of TIXNGO, relying on the S-360 back-office and ticketshop, which results in a manual and fragmented process. To streamline on-site operations, enhance the user experience, and provide spectators with more flexibility and autonomy, we’re integrating this functionality into TIXNGO. This enhancement will not only simplify management but also unlock new revenue opportunities.

New icon for Error popups

We have identified an issue where the "cross" icon on pop-ups is misleading, causing users to mistakenly believe it will close the pop-up. To prevent misunderstandings and enhance user experience, we have updated the icon.

New UX/UI for Transfer messages

Messages display in the Tickets to Download screen aesthetics and usability has been improved both to better align with our new UI design.

Enhanced Profile Management within the mobile wallet

We released a significant update of the "Edit Profile" screen, addressing the management of mandatory and optional fields to enhance user experience and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Exponential delays for over-requested registration codes

In 2023, we introduced a feature allowing spectators to request and use a registration code up to five times (see Release Notes article here).
This mechanism has now been extended to include an exponential delay if the registration code is requested more than five times, to prevent excessive or unreasonable requests.

Enhanced UX for e-mail checker

When the email checker identified a unusual e-mail address, the warning message appeared briefly and could be easily ignored by the wallet owner. In addition to improving the visibility of notification messages, we've implemented an extra step (i.e. a pop-up) to ensure that users with wallets are actively engaging with these messages.

Redesign of the "Deleted tickets" screen

As we introduced a new UX for our mobile wallet, we continued modernizing existing screens. In this release, we followed the same approach and improve the "Deleted tickets" screen.

"More" menu improvements

Streamlining the order of menu entries

Change transfer recipient

In this release, we're happy to introduce a new feature that enhances the ticket transfer process. Mobile Wallet owners now have the ability to easily update the recipient's email address directly from the transfer pending screen. This improvement addresses common scenarios such as input errors or when the current recipient is unable to receive the tickets, streamlining the transfer workflow and avoiding the need to cancel and restart the process.

New UX for other Mobile App screens

In our ongoing mission to enhance the user experience on our Mobile Wallet, we are excited to announce that we support more screens on the new UX.
