Moving toward an enhanced User Experience for TIXNGO wallet

Since last release (ZUM V2), TIXNGO team has been diligently working behind the scenes to develop the next generation of TIXNGO APIs—TIXNGO v4.
TIXNGO v4 is designed to deliver user-friendly features and high-performance solutions, ensuring a seamless experience for all event organizers and goers.

In developing TIXNGO v4, our focus has been squarely on enhancing the platform’s ability to manage events, spectators, and tickets more efficiently. We've meticulously balanced performance improvements with user-friendly enhancements to ensure that managing complex events feels effortless and intuitive.

The introduction of a new data model and a comprehensive set of APIs represents significant technical advancements in TIXNGO v4. These improvements are complex and represent a fundamental shift in how our system operates, which may not be immediately obvious due to their technical nature.

New layout

To demonstrate what's possible with TIXNGO v4, we are excited to introduce the new "Ticket Details" layout named Curiosity.
This layout utilizes standardized TIXNGO v4 properties, including purchase and seating details, to enhance usability within the app.

This is just a glimpse into how these technical enhancements are transforming the user experience.

What's next ?

To ensure a more intuitive and straightforward experience, we're planning on extending our "Design Rules" to allow organizers to customize, on an Event-basis, the spectator experience by selecting the most suitable ticket layout from our catalog.

This not only provides a tailored and visually appealing user experience prior to the event but also ensures everything is operationally optimized for the day itself—facilitating smoother entry into venues and better overall event flow.
