On the back-end side, we have changed the data base for increased performance and reworked the draw process to remove all the pain points, in order to ensure seamless operations.
On top of that, we have added to capability of capturing the credit card information during the application phase so that winners can be automatically charged, both limiting the amount of fraudulent application while also optimizing the conversion rate.
From a technology point of view, the lottery front-end operates on the same portal than the standard sales channels (ticketshop), so the branding of the portal and its configuration is significantly simplified.
