Why are we removing Questionnaire?

When we first introduced the Ticket Holder Questionnaire, we wanted to give the ability to the organizers to ask their attendees specific questions beyong traditional personal data collection leveraging the use of the Marketing opt-in or to reuse it during COVID to collect the data required by the authorities.

However, despite its potential, it became clear that the feature did not resonate as we had hoped and it did not find its public. This realization has been pivotal in guiding our decision to decommission the feature.
