Season ticket holder transfer batch for Play-offs matches (Cup scheme)

4 4. Run the batch and check the new orders created

aim: enable new playoffs matches to your Championship season ticket holders

Pre-requisites: Competition, Season tickets

1.Create a Play-offs competition

Beside your main championship competition, create a new one including the play-offs matches

2. Check your new matches Rates tables

The new match tickets will be issued as separated individual ticket outside the original season ticket.
You will need AboCont tariffs (for season ticket holder outside the season card)

3. Create and set the batch

Create a batch of type "Transfer of season ticket holders". Among the parameters be sure you pay attention to:

a) Tariff mapping (optional)

b) In Schedules:
i. audience category definition if needed → in this example we are going to create and order for new matches in behalf of season ticket holders

ii. Indicate the target match

iii. Order creation (and related payment options)

iv. Review and finalize the remaining options

4. Run the batch and check the new orders created

In archive view you can check what orders have been created (according to the options set above)
