Understanding Ticket Status
Behavior and example:
- if all your tickets in your selection are PRINTED, and you want to mark then as collected, you cannot do cherry picking and mark only some as collected because the entire shipment shall be collected in one go (unless you reprint some tickets in this shipment)
- if tickets are NOT PRINTED, you have more flexibility, because when you print some tickets, this will create a new shipment with these newly printed tickets
If you want to mark all tickets in a given file as collected, you need to:
- select the file number in the filter
- unselect all other filters
- click on PROCESS ALL TICKETS => if some tickets are not printed, they will be printed when you click on VALIDATE. In all cases, all shipments in the file will be marked as collected.
