Pre-requisite: supported for events and competitions

Aim: give the possibility to customers to register online their interest for a sold out event.

Description: for any sold out category, if the functionality is activated, customers can register on the waiting list for the sold out performance or match. If the product becomes available again, nothing is automatically triggerred, but you can send bulk emails to inform customers on a waiting list of a specific product.

If you send email notification, the email template can be found under Document Types, document class is "Product Waiting list"
