Ticket List screen
Overview
The Ticket List screen displays ticket data clearly and helps users to find tickets. This screen offers more complex filter combinations and handles a larger number of tickets than the Spectator Support screen
Filter combination & Results
At the top, you can search for tickets using many filters to find the one that matches your needs. After applying a filter, the search area automatically collapses to make more room for the results.
Filter section
The Ticket List filter area changes depending on whether filters are currently applied.
No filters applied: the regular search bar and filter controls are shown.
One or more filters applied: the applied filters are displayed as chips instead of keeping the full filter bar expanded.
Each chip shows filter information: users can see the filter name and selected value directly from the chip.
Filters can be removed from chips: users can clear an applied filter directly from its chip when they no longer need it.
Filter controls remain accessible: users can still open the filter controls when they need to add, change, or review filters by click the “Filters” button.
Because users usually apply only a small subset of all available filters, the chip row should normally be shorter than the full filter bar. This helps keep the ticket table position consistent and makes the applied filter state easier to scan.
Total number of Tickets and Pagination
This screen shows up to 50 tickets per page and up to 5,000 tickets (100 pages) for any filter combination.
After applying filters, the total ticket count appears at the top right of the table as “Filter results”.
The pagination shows the current loaded items (Results loaded) and pages and lets you jump to the next, previous, or last page.
If Filter results exceed 1,000 tickets, pagination initially shows the first 1,000. When you go to the last page, the system loads more results and updates the loaded and page counts every 1,000 tickets. And the global limit can reach to 5,000 tickets per filter
Easy navigation to a related screen
From the Ticket List, key ticket data includes clickable links that take users directly to related screens, this makes it faster for organizers to investigate issues, check details, and move between connected information without searching manually. Such as
Ticket number: Click the Ticket number will navigate user to Ticket Support screen
Current/Initial Owner: Click the email under these 2 columns will navigate user to Spectator Support screen
Event: Click the Event name will navigate user to the Event screen
Data export to Excel file
The Open in Excel function is a simple but powerful feature that lets organizers export Backoffice data directly into an Excel file. It gives teams a faster way to review, share, and work with a list of tickets outside TIXNGO.
The number of items in the exported file will match the “Result loaded” in the pagination state, not the “Filtered results”.
