The log screens in the Backoffice allow searching by

• A time frame (maximum 1 year): enables Backoffice users to quickly review all activities within a specific period

  Open

  

• Spectator’s email: displays all logs related to the person requiring support

  Open

  

  (Logs related to a specific spectator also appear on the Spectator support screen)

Filter by

Each screen will have specific filters to help Backoffice users find the exact records they need.
