Searching and Filtering
From this screen, you can search for:
A spectator's actions on the mobile app using their email address
OR view activities within a date range by providing at least the "mobile date from"
We also support filtering by:
The spectators' action
log message
platform (Android or iOS)
log level (INFO, ERROR, WARNING)
Search Results
Organizers can view detailed log information, including spectator email, actions, messages, log level (INFO, ERROR, WARNING), platform, OS version, app version, device model, device ID, system date(in chronologically ordered, the most recent first), and mobile date

Data export is now centralized in the reporting domain, which also supports exporting mobile logs V4 Reporting Domain

The mobile logs of a spectator are also visible from the spectator support screen.
This view offers a simplified grid, focusing only on essential information—without repeating the spectator's email address—to make support operations faster and more streamlined.
