Back-Office user roles
Role Name | Suitable for | Scope |

SUPPORT (SU) | Ticketing Support Staff L1 | Can browse Tickets & Spectators and perform basic troubleshooting actions (reset spectator’s devices, resend emails). |
BASIC (BU) | Ticketing Support Staff L2 | Can browse Tickets & Spectators and perform advanced troubleshooting actions (what can SUPPORT role can do plus Delete ticket). |
ADVANCED (AD) | Ticketing Support Staff L3 | Can browse Tickets & Spectators and perform advanced troubleshooting actions (what can BASIC role can do plus Initiate transfer + also Lock/Unlock spectator |
MODERATOR (MOD) | Content Moderator | Can configure V4 Communication Templates (Campaigns, Emails, Notifications), can create V4 Campaigns and do what SUPPORT role can do. |
TIXNGO_SUPPORT (TS) | Ticketing Senior Staff | Can perform almost all back-office actions except accessing the API key and managing back-office accounts. Recommendation: If you're not sure whether to assign the ADMIN role, and you want to keep your API key secret, you can use this role |
