EMAIL CHECKER FEATURE
Why should organizers use it?
During certain activities on the ticket app, such as signing in, registering a new account, or assigning/transferring a ticket, spectators must enter an email address. This feature will detect invalid email entries at an early stage to prevent potential support cases from being reported by spectators.
The feature include:
A pop-up to ask spectators to confirm, in case the system detect that the inputted email is not in the RFC 5322 standard
How it works?
Enable the feature: Go to the Application Feature tab of the Settings screen on TIXNGO Backoffice and turn the value of the setting key enable-email-suggestion to true
