Display TPE instructions on TVM screen

SecuTix customers using Ogone as Payment Service Provider may replicate the instructions of the payment terminal on the ticket vending machine, thus making them much easier to read.

Solution

SecuTix replicates the instructions of the payment terminal without any other processing. Some examples are displayed below:

Getting started

In order to enable the display, you have to select the menu Organisation context > Initialisation > Sales channels > Points of sale > Vending machine parameters and enable the parameter illustrated below:

This feature is only available on the new vending machines, that means on vending machines belonging to a sales channel of type Ticket Vending Machine (new).
